Justine took her first steps down her yogic path in 2005, with an Ashtanga class at Santosha Yoga studio. She was completely hooked after that first experience, and since then, her life has changed significantly.

Justine works hard to keep her personal yoga practise vibrant and consistent, through daily asana practise and continuous efforts towards mindful day-to-day living. She actively seeks out new workshops and teacher training programs, in order to enhance her teaching skills and stimulate her creativity. She draws from her training in various disciplines including dance, martial arts, and music, to construct innovative and engaging flow classes.

Justine considers herself extremely blessed to have the amazing support of her family and friends, among which include the students and staff of the Santosha yoga community. She feels honoured to be able to return some of that grace and positive energy to the community, through her class offerings.
