Markus Sanchez
Markus first discovered yoga in 2005, while looking for a fitness complement to intense outdoor activities such as running, rock climbing and mountaineering.
He started on the Yoga path by practicing Sivananda, Yin, Power and Hot Yoga. Later on he decided to explore Ashtanga, Hatha and completed a 200 hours Yoga teacher training followed by a Yin Yoga intensive teacher training.
Simply amazed by the multitude of benefits that a regular yoga practice is bringing to his life, he is sharing his teaching and practice at the studio and other places, amongst marvelous Yoga teachers and practitioners. He is specifically interested in awaking mind/body awareness and likes exploring the Yin and Yang aspects of yoga with the Students.
Markus always brings enthusiasm and humor in his classes, and sometime likes adding a hint of vigorous yet meditative flow in his teaching, when this is possible.
